- Who are you? What organization do you represent (if applicable)?
- What is the title of the image you are interested in using?
- What format are you interested in utilizing?
- How many copies will be made?
- Will the publication be sold? If so, for how much ?
- Will the image be posted on social media? If so, what platform(s)?
- For what length of time do you wish to utilize the image ?
